Campaigns

A Campaign brings several sale actions together so they start and stop at the same time. Instead of setting up a discount, a countdown timer, and a sale badge separately and trying to keep their timing in sync, you bundle them into one campaign. For example, a "Black Friday Sale" could combine a 30% discount, a countdown timer, and a "SALE" badge across the same products, all switching on and off together.

How it works

1. Create the campaign — Give it a name, an optional description, and a start and end date.
2. Add actions — Link the price changes, timers, and badges you want the campaign to run. You can attach existing ones or create new ones.
3. Choose your products — Apply one shared set of products across the whole campaign, or target products separately for each action.
4. Activate — All linked actions begin at the campaign's start time.
5. Monitor — See the campaign's overall status along with the status of each linked action in one view.
6. End — When the campaign reaches its end time, all linked actions are restored or switched off automatically.

How to set it up

1. Open the Campaigns page and choose to create a new campaign.
2. Enter a name and pick your start and end dates.
3. Optionally choose a shared set of products for the campaign.
4. Add the actions you want: a price change, a countdown timer, a sale badge, or any combination.
5. Save. You can activate it now or let it start automatically at the scheduled time.

Do all the actions have to target the same products? No. You can use one shared product selection for the whole campaign, or target products differently for each action.

Can I end a campaign early? Yes. You can end or cancel a campaign manually at any time, which restores or switches off all of its linked actions.
