Tell us what you'd like Ouiteo to do next, vote for ideas other merchants have suggested, and report anything that isn't working. You'll see when an idea you backed is planned or ships.
Open the feedback board
Either:
- Click the lightbulb button in the bottom-right corner of the app, just above the chat button.
- Or click Request Feature in the sidebar.
The board has two tabs: Ideas, where you browse and vote, and Suggest or report, where you send something new.
Vote for an idea
- Open the Ideas tab.
- Click the ▲ button on an idea to vote for it. The number shows how many stores want it.
- Click it again to remove your vote.
The most-voted ideas are at the top. Voting helps us decide what to build next.
Suggest a feature
- Open the Suggest or report tab and choose Feature idea.
- Describe what you'd like the app to do, and why it would help your store.
- Click Continue. Ouiteo tidies up the wording into a short title and description.
- If someone has already suggested the same thing, it's listed under Is it one of these?. Click Vote for this to add your vote to it instead.
- Otherwise, check the title and details, edit them if you like, and click Submit.
New ideas are reviewed by the Ouiteo team before they appear to other merchants. Until then, your idea shows under Your submissions marked Awaiting review, and your own vote is already counted.
Report a problem
- Open the Suggest or report tab and choose Something's broken.
- Describe what went wrong and where, for example which collection, and what you expected to happen.
- Click Continue, check the details, and click Submit.
Problem reports are private. Only you and the Ouiteo team can see them, and they never appear on the public board. If something needs fixing urgently, use the chat button to reach us as well.
Follow your ideas
Ideas move through these statuses:

| Awaiting review | We haven't reviewed it yet. Only you can see it. |
| Open | It's on the board and other merchants can vote for it. |
| Planned | We've decided to build it. |
| In progress | We're working on it now. |
| Shipped | It's live in the app. |
| Declined | We won't be building it. |
| Merged | It was the same as another idea, so we combined them. Your vote moved to that idea. |
When an idea you suggested or voted for changes status, a red badge appears on the lightbulb button. Open the board to see what changed, and the badge clears.
Good to know
- You can vote on ideas that are Open, Planned or In progress.
- Keep each suggestion to one idea, so other merchants can vote for exactly what they want.
- Leave out personal details such as email addresses or phone numbers. We know which store sent it.
